Damaged or wrong items

if your item arrives damaged, misprint, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

returns and exchange

because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

wrong size ordered

change of mind

buyers remorse

please double check your size and color before purchasing.

cancellations

orders cannot be cancelled once production begins. (usually within a few hours after ordering)

lost package

please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim and getting a resolution for you.
